How can Call Center Agents Change Their Status Without Using the Portal
In some cases you may not have access to the Portal as a call center Agent. To login and out of the call queue please do the following on you your Key pad of the physical phone or the Soft Phone Client.
To make your extension available(Online) for the queue, simply dial *50 on the key pad of the soft phone client or the physical phone. Once you are online you can login in and out of the queues
To login, simply dial *51 from your key pad on the soft phone client or dial *51 from your physical phone. This will log you into the call queue you are assigned to.
To logout, simply dial *52 from your key pad on the soft phone client or dial *52 from your physical phone. This will log you out the call queue you are assigned to.
